Introduction.

NEPABOATS or individual seller (together, the “Site Owners,” and each a “Site Owner”) or their content suppliers, and is protected under applicable copyright, patent, trademark, and other proprietary rights. Product and company names mentioned in the Services may be trademarks of their respective owners. The text, information, images, audio, video, and all other content in the Services including the selection, compilation, arrangement, presentation of all materials, and the overall design are protected by copyright. Information, images, logos, copy and trademarks contained in the Services, including but not limited to the text, images, audio, or video, may not be used in any manner, or for any purpose, without the applicable Site Owner’s express written permission.
