Acknowledgement: The owner of the above boat warrants that the boat is of good running condition, and if said boat is found not in
good running condition, NEPA Boats reserves the right to cancel the broker contract at any time. Please note that asking prices
must be within the parameters of the current ABOS or NADA Marine values. NEPA Boats also reserves the right to control the
length in which the listings are held and may terminate contract at any time. Owner is responsible for all repair and fuel expenses that
may occur during the sales period. Submission of this form authorizes appointment of NEPA Boats as the agent to sell the boat
described above and sign trailer title on behalf of Owner if included with the boat. Owner accepts a net figure of 86% of the agreed
selling price and understands boat will not be listed until boat registration, and trailer title and registration (if included in
sale), are received by NEPA Boats.
